After a 4-week class action trial, BJT’s Dave Breskin and Cindy Heidelberg have obtained a judgment for $21M for a Class of more than 1200 Evergreen Hospital nurses for missed and late rest and meal breaks.

This award and verdict for Washington nurses was the culmination of 7 years of litigation, including successful trips to the Court of Appeals and Washington Supreme Court.  Read those decisions here and here.
