BJT represents current and former registered nurses in six departments at Evergreen Medical Center who have been denied rest and meal breaks. After more than 6 years of litigation and a month-long trial in 2023, the parties reached a settlement of claims in November 2024, during Evegreen’s post-trial appeal.  BJT is thrilled to announce that the trial court granted final approval of the settlement on Friday, April 5, 2025.
