BJT, in partnership with the law firm Skidmore & Fomina, is thrilled to distribute settlement checks to more than 200 carpenters and construction workers who were denied rest and meal breaks and other wages by Defendant Newway Forming Concrete.  

A settlement was reached on behalf of Pagliacci delivery drivers who were paid a set amount per delivery rather than by the mile over a period of three years leading up to April 2024, which resulted reimbursement that did not always cover drivers’ costs.
